Day 1

Arrival at the Cultural Triangle

• Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport; meet your driver
• Scenic drive to Sigiriya (approx. 4 hrs)
• En-route stop at Dambulla Cave Temple
• Check in to hotel near Sigiriya
• Evening village walk

Drive to the Cultural Capital

Activities

• Check out from Sigiriya after breakfast
• Drive to Kandy (approx. 3 hrs)
• Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic
• Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens
• Evening cultural dance show

Tea Country & Highland Air

Activities

• Check out from Kandy and drive through misty tea estates to Nuwara Eliya (approx. 3 hrs)
• Tea factory visit with a plucking and processing demonstration
• Visit Gregory Lake
• Visit Victoria Park
• Explore Nuwara Eliya's colonial town, nicknamed Little England

Day 5

Highlands to Wilderness

Activities

• Check out from Nuwara Eliya after breakfast
• Drive across the island to Yala (approx. 5 hrs)
• Lunch en route; check in to the jungle lodge
• Afternoon game drive in Yala Block 1
• Campfire and stargazing at the lodge

Coastal Retreat

Activities

• Check out from the jungle lodge after breakfast
• Drive to Bentota along the coast (approx. 3 hrs)
• Check in to the beach resort
• Afternoon Madu River mangrove safari
• Sunset at Bentota beach, with an optional seafood dinner at a beachside restaurant

Departure

Activities

• Proceed to Bandaranaike International Airport.
• Say goodbye to Sri Lanka and Dremora Tours until we meet again.
